New construction or renovation, Innopan PIR is today's most modern and at the same time most effective thermal insulation solution.
Maximum thermal insulation capacity
Thanks to their excellent thermal conductivity, Innopan PIR thermal insulation boards are almost twice as efficient as classic thermal insulation solutions, thus significantly contributing to energy efficiency, reducing heating and cooling costs, and reducing the ecological footprint of buildings.
Minimum layer thickness
Innopan PIR thermal insulation boards enable the creation of slim, yet extremely energy-efficient building structures thanks to their excellent heat conduction properties. Even with thinner walls, they provide optimal thermal insulation, thus increasing the useful interior space, while reducing energy consumption and heating and cooling costs.
A timeless solution
Our thermal insulation boards are timeless, their shape and size do not change over time. Thanks to their excellent thermal insulation properties, they insulate effectively even after 20-30 years, thus ensuring the energy efficiency of the building in the long term, preventing heat loss and contributing to sustainable operation.
Moisture-resistant, closed-cell structure
Due to their closed-cell structure, our PIR thermal insulations are moisture-resistant, so their water absorption does not exceed 3 percent of their body weight. This property also ensures the effective thermal insulation capacity of the boards in the long term, protecting the structure of buildings and the thermal insulation layer from damage caused by moisture.
Step-resistant, high mechanical strength
Innopan PIR products have outstanding compressive strength, which makes them particularly suitable for step-resistant thermal insulation of heated and unheated floors and attics. This feature ensures durability and stability, while effectively insulating buildings, preserving their thermal comfort.
Energy efficient and environmentally conscious
The energy used during the production of our PIR thermal insulation boards is only a fraction of the energy saved during the product’s lifetime. In addition, all our thermal insulation boards have an Environmental Protection Product Declaration, so the impact of the thermal insulation on the environment during its life cycle can be calculated already during the planning phase.
Energy-efficient and comfortable homes are built using PIR thermal insulation boards.

01 Facade
Facade thermal insulation with PIR
The Innopan PIR MF/Therm Front-E thermal insulation board is suitable for facade installation, tested by TÜV and ÉMI, and has a fire resistance limit of 45 minutes. Its thermal conductivity coefficient is extremely low λD = 0.024 W/m². It is easy and quick to implement, and due to its compressive strength of 120 kPa, it is also suitable for plinth installation, thereby ensuring continuous, thermal bridge-free insulation on the entire facade. It can also be used excellently in critical areas, such as the part of the wall around doors and windows, the gap under shutters or around reinforced concrete elements.
Details02 Flat roof
Thermal insulation of a flat roof with PIR
Since Innopan PIR thermal insulation boards have the best thermal conductivity currently available, they have a high compressive strength value and are shape-retaining, and due to their closed-cell structure, their water absorption is low - which does not affect the product's thermal insulation or load-bearing capacity, even if the waterproofing is damaged - therefore they are an excellent solution for the thermal insulation of flat roofs . Due to its favorable properties, PIR is also a great choice as a raw material for slope-forming elements, in which case our expert colleagues will prepare the element consignment and distribution plan necessary for production and installation based on the plans, free of charge. In addition to flat roofs, Innopan PIR is also excellent for the thermal insulation of patio roofs and green roofs.
Details03 Floors and attics
Thermal insulation of floors and attics with PIR
Whether it is a heated or unheated floor, built-in or built-in attic space, Innopan PIR thermal insulation boards are always a great choice. Thanks to their outstanding thermal insulation ability, only a minimal rise in floor level can be achieved with their application, as the required heat transmission factor (U value) can be met even with a minimal construction height. In the case of underfloor heating, our ALU/Therm heat-insulating board with double-sided aluminum casing proves to be a particularly useful choice, as the recommended thermal mirror film can be omitted with its installation. Our products have high compressive strength, so a load-bearing, step-resistant thermal insulation layer can be formed on our horizontal boundary structures. From family houses to the thermal insulation of industrial halls, Innopan PIR is the perfect solution.
Details04 High roof
Thermal insulation of a high roof with PIR
Innopan PIR thermal insulation boards also offer an optimal choice when constructing newly built or renovated high roofs. With an exceptionally high degree of efficiency (λD = 0.022 W/m²), they ensure winter and summer thermal protection of houses, and with their versatile installation - they are also suitable for installation above, between and under rafters - they help build the entire thermal insulation system. Due to the large board size - regardless of the angle of inclination and rafter arrangement - our thermal insulation boards are excellent for thermal insulation of family houses, office buildings, and vacation homes.
