Pipe shell
InnoPan PIR is exceptionally suitable for pipeline insulation as well. It is a material with exceptional insulation properties that is easy to install. Prevents pipelines from heat dissipation, so it can even be an optimal choice for the insulation of cold and hot technological equipment. It is available in sizes of 40 or 50 mm in thickness, with an internal diameter of 40 to 200 mm.
Taking into consideration the advantages of the material, its application can effectively reduce heat dissipation and prevent condensation between the pipeline and insulation rings. The sides of the shells perpendicular to the pipeline are coated with synthetic rubber, thus commercially available insulating materials can be glued to them easily and safely. Normally, the shells are finished with a full-width lamination of black self-adhesive PVC, but can be laminated according to the needs of the customer.
Pipe insulation ring
Insulation rings made of Polyisocyanurate (PIR) are exceptionally suitable for securing refrigeration system pipes, as well as cold and hot water pipelines. Depending on size, the rings consist of two or more segments, that can be assembled perfectly with the help of pre-made connection points.
